FAQ’s

How long does it take?
Depending on the size of the job, appointments may last anywhere from 1 hour to all day,
or longer. When scheduling your window cleaning, you can ask for an approximate appointment length.

Is it necessary for me to be at home during
the window cleaning?

Absolutely not. Many of my customers will meet me at the door and then  leave for work or run errands and direct me to lock up when I finish.  If you wish to be home while I clean your windows, I can certainly arrange that.

Generally, for an exterior cleaning only, you needn’t be home.

What happens if it is raining the day
we have our job scheduled?

If it’s not a torrential downpour, and the interior windows are to be cleaned, I will do that and return at the earliest opportunity to finish up on the exterior. Normally 1-3 days after.

Do you offer a “rain guarantee”?

I guarantee that, as with your auto, soon after you have your windows cleaned, it’s going to rain.

Will you call me to remind me that I need
my windows cleaned?

I promise to NEVER  call you for an appointment.  I do however, send out reminder cards from time to time.

How often should I clean my windows?

Many of my customers have their windows cleaned twice a year, once in and out and then just the exterior later in the year. Others find that a yearly cleaning suits them just fine.

Are there any extra charges that I will find out about after you arrive?

No! I pride myself on having no hidden charges. This means that my price is exactly what was quoted. The price is complete, meaning all windows will be cleaned for the price quoted.  (Excluding most basement windows).

I’m concerned about dirt being tracked in my home, what precautions do you take?

I wear clean shoe covers and have a ladder that I use exclusively for interior jobs.
